Currently looking for candidate to take up the position for Zonal Sale Manager - Manager Band for leading Top Telecom Company.

Location : Chitorgarh, Banswara & Churu

Number of sub-ordinates: 4-6

Job Purpose:

- To ensure achievement of targeted net revenue & customer additions in Zone for prepaid products through sales planning and channel expansion.

- Achieve Net/Gross additions in Pre Paid segment

- Achieve Net/Gross additions in FWP segments

- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development

- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target

- Implement Sales Management Process

- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score

- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners- end

- APEF Compliance

Major Challenges :

- Manage scale and size of operation

- Managing multiple stake holders
