Annual turnover is Rs.120 crores with around 200 employees. The company has a pan India presence, with 4 regional offices, sales representation across India and one manufacturing plant. Rapid growth is planned in both sales and employees to support the growth.
Summary:
The ZSM/RSM position is based in Delhi and will be reporting to Sales & Marketing - Head Water Products
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- He will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Water Heaters/Water Treatment Products within a designated Area and setting up of primary & secondary distribution network for the products.
- He requires meeting and exceeding annual sales targets within the area and maintains good business relationships within the small appliance store, electrical, white goods and the retails channel within the area.
- He will be responsible for the Pricing Control & Management and report to accounting with concerns regarding prompt on-time payment or credit risks within the area.
- He needs to ensure quality services are being provided in all channels of distribution with close coordination with service team and submit monthly report to sales, service and marketing heads listing the activities, risks, opportunities and competitive activities.
- He will have to handle the complete distribution set-up working in tandem with the North sales team and appoint new dealers and the distributors in the area.
- Will have to involve yourself in establishing the brand in the trade.
- Participate in monthly / quarterly review meetings with the Sales & Marketing - Head.
Qualifications:
- BE/B. Tech + MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer & Distributor Management from Consumer Durable industry.

- Hands on experience on dealers and distributors of assigned area.
