Managerial:

- Formulation of long term and short term strategies to accomplish corporate goals.

- Key driver for Business Process. And employees productivity

- Formulation of product and process policies in Personal Loans Segment.

- Team handling and management of distribution networks.

- Resource allocation and setting up productivity standards.

- To maintain portfolio Quality.

Functional :

- Capable of managing the complete south Zone - Personal Loans sales operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensuring top line and bottom line profitability of the region.

- Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of products / services; spearheading product launch initiatives.

- Supervising service operations for rendering and achieving quality services and providing customer support by to answering queries and resolving their issues, ensuring minimum TAT.

- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying areas of improvement and implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.

- Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual and group targets.

- Preparing and reviewing MIS reports and other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.

- In depth knowledge in retail day to day operations and retail lending. Expertise in Consumer lending, documentation, Pre and Post Sanction follow up, monitoring of account and also entire life cycle of Consumer finance.

Candidate Skills - The candidate should have 18+ yrs experience in servicing or sourcing clients of Personal Loans. Candidates from Banking / NBFC. The candidate should possess excellent communication in English/Local language and well groomed. Minimum qualification required - Graduation.
