In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting sales team
- Shall be responsible for overall sales budget for the region
- Contacting and developing sales leads, closing sales and providing ongoing service to contractors and distributors within the construction industry.
- You will have excellent support from senior management and an expanding R&D department.
- Ensure team members achieve their budgets Territory working with team and customer management
- Prospecting for new customers and business and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of company and competitive products for self and team
- Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales.
- The truly exceptional candidate will possess drive and self-motivation with a particular focus on new business generation
- Role involves travelling to different territories in India to support and guide sales team
- Good sales experience is preferred which should include adequate experience of managing a sales team
- Qualification: MBA/Marketing
