Urgent vacancy for the position of Zonal Sales Manager for North and South Zone for a multinational Medical Devices / Medical Equipment company.
- Business Financial Results: Delivering the P&L commitments for the zone. Set direction, strategies and plans to expand market & realize market potential.
- Territory Management: Analyze competitive market environment, coach the team members in the development of territory & account coverage plan.
- Internal Business Processes: Manage internal relationships & processes enabling responsiveness in drawing on internal specialists. Plan selling & marketing expenses for the region, territory expense & revenue budgets & monitoring mechanism to ensure adherence.
- People Management: Develop strong teamwork, and cooperation in the team. Ensure an appropriate succession plan is in place; introduce individual development plans for team members.
