- Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Distribution Management and Team Management.

- Sustainable/competitive n Profitable business growth in Punjab, J&K, Rajasthan HP and Haryana Sales area.

- Building cost efficient distribution network in the given zone.

- Developing people capability on different key performing area and processes.

- Maintaining strict commercial discipline in the zone.
