1. Responsible for creating and implementing the Sales Plan, including AOP & forecast, monitoring the sales efforts and performance against the budget and to take corrective actions in order to achieve overall business plan.
2. Create a robust sales review mechanism and thereby driving the team to achieve the defined deliverable.
3. Conceive & implement effective RTM strategy to penetrate in the Rural in a cost effective manner.
4. Maximize retail coverage in urban in a cost effective way.
5. Ensure implementation of AVF - Availability, Visibility and Freshness across the outlets in the geography.
6. Ensure effective daily/weekly monitoring of means of business ie Coverage, productivity and thruput, thereby driving the team towards operational excellence.
7. Travelling to different markets to supervise, plan, analyze, drive & train the team during joint field working.
8. Weekly/Monthly submission of sales related reports
9. Driving and motivating team to achieve the Primary and Secondary Sales Targets.
10. Taking up innovative initiatives to drive SKUs/variants with lower sales.
11. Ensure development of weaker markets through planned initiatives.
12. Develop Subordinates to take up higher/challenging roles in the company.
13. Ensure compliance of code of conduct of the company.
Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA
