Your resume will only be shared post your confirmation as well as your comfort both with the role and the organization.   Position : Zonal Sales Manager  Reporting To : Regional Business Head  Location : Prominent Cities in West, South & East.  PURPOSE: The position is responsible for the organization's sales sales performance of the Zone. The position will act as a Profit Centre Head for the zone and will have complete ownership of the profitability of the zone, volume and market share, new and repeat business. The position will be responsible for providing demand planning support to region for distribution, Direct trade, Modern trade, & corporate channels for all SBU's and SKU's.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   - Owns development of monthly demand plan for the Zone  - Responsible for collection and reporting of the Zonal MIS, both current and past, to support sales analytics   - Drive sales target-setting for on-ground sales and conducts periodic reviews  - Leads and reviews zonal sales force productivity to meet value, volume targets  - Manages allocated budget for the zone.   Sales Execution   - Executes sales volume and value targets for the zone, leveraging sales analytics  - Manages execution of BTL initiatives  - Manages deployment of sales and trade schemes in coordination with the regional plan  Trade Partner Management  - Develops distributor engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen distributor relationships  - Identifies, evaluates new distributors and sub-distributors and manages conversion of difficult accounts as needed  Operations  - Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the branch  - Oversees all sales logistics for the branch for finished and defective goods   - Owns general administration for the branch  Kindly send us an updated copy of your updated resume in case you wish to pursue the same.   Sanjay Sharma  Assistant Manager Resourcing  AKNA Management Solutions Pvt.
