The Product Line is Power tiller hiring for our Agriculture Farm Mechanization BU.  Grade - M1   Experience 12-15 Years of Experience - Minimum  Should have experience in handling atleast 2 States.  He will be responsible for entire south (AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala)  The purpose of this role is to :  - Develop and execute the strategy for Domestic Agri business in the given region  - Achieve target sales and profitability as per the AOP"   Responsibilities :  Execute the strategy and plan for meeting the Agri sector's sales target and ensure its execution for the area allotted  - Evaluate market trends, set and distribute the target among the regions.   - Implement the Sales System  - Increase coverage by appointment of dealership where required  - Increase penetration through appointment of retailers. (10X target)  - Ensure sufficient hot prospects in sync with the Monthly Sales Plans  - Ensure Receivable & FG Levels in sync with AOP & LRP norms"   - Execute action plans and execute activity proactively to enhance market share   - Enhance Market Reach in given region to tap width and depth markets through, Dealers, Retailers, Influencers etc   - Monitor field performance of new products and ensure related corrective & preventive actions   - Interact with customers towards building a better relationship. Gain market insights through these interactions and market research initiatives.   - Track & monitor competitor activity and plan for way forward based on the same   - Build relationship with Govt. State Authorities like Department. Of Agriculture, Minor Irrigation/Lift Irrigation, Directors & Secretaries of Agriculture to keep us abreast of Govt. Subsidy schemes like RKVY/NFSM/AACP/Kapil Dhara/ Shakambari/Swarn Jayanti Rojgar Yojana-SJRY/DPIP/RIDF etc.   Plan and review sales promotion activities at Area Office level  - Dealer gatherings  - Promotional campaigns  Perform the role of a people manager for the team :  - Manage and support recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall team's KRA's, conduct performance appraisal, ensure clarity and delineation of individual roles, appropriate delegation of responsibility  - Facilitate the development of subordinates through constant on and off the job learning   Ensure generation of secondary sales by driving end-users/customers/farmers to the counters of Dealers/Sub dealers   - Ensure acceleration of tertiary sales by canvassing salient features/attracting consumers through Local Sales Promotional Schemes   - Direct & guide Dealers/Sub dealers to liquidate their inventory & create demand leading to Primary Sales
