Zonal Head - Sales  - People from Hyderabad may only apply - Need a local candidate with regional knowledge!  - Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the region working closely with the ASMs   - Build, train, manage and lead a team of ASMs to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions  - Responsible for dealer signs up as per the defined targets  - Goal setting for various regions  - Responsible for maintaining the dealer network and resolve escalations if any  - Responsible for collections from their regions  - Responsible for upsell/cross sell of various other products in the portals portfolio  - Responsible for retention of dealers  - Market related understanding and feedback specific to all the regions  - Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions  - Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans  - Drive launch of new products if any   - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)  - Should be a team player  - Prior experience of managing and leading a sales team, Preferable from car sales domain, preferably from the dealer development team  - People with minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience  - Strong project management and coordination skills  - Managing a sales team of more than 30  - Travel of more than 10 days a month
