We have 1 very urgent position in one of the reputed BFSI / NBFC brand :

POSITION - Zonal RM - Supply Chain Management (Corporate Finance)

REPORTEES - Team of RMs managing states / clusters [ anywhere between 5 to 10 ].

LOCATION :- MUMBAI

CTC : 25 lac to 30 lac p.a. ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Principal Accountabilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

- To structure the growth plan for the SC business from the short term and long term perspective

- To arrive at short term and long term sales strategies for the supply chain segment in line with the overall strategic goals of the NBFC

- To perform a detailed analysis of the high potential business areas in the Group & Non Group businesses, build strong networking with the group and non-group companies, assess competitive offerings by banks and other NBFCs and propose a unique value proposition to these companies

- To drive cross-selling/ up selling of group financial product offerings

To drive superior business development initiatives to facilitate volumes growth and customer expansion

- To ensure development & leveraging of the existing high quality client base and relationships by building strong relationships with supply chains of group and non group companies

- To drive development of unique sales methodology and value proposition for both business lines such that they meet the diversified lending and investment needs of customers.

- To actively engage in the development and retention of a strong and diversified distribution network pan India for increasing the national footprint and generating high product turnover and traction

- To monitor execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and product launches and guide strategies and approve plans for the same

- To meet the sales targets for Channel and Vendor finance in Group & Non Group company networks

To emphasize development of a diversified product portfolio to penetrate and expand market share and presence - To encourage market surveys and analytics to bring out the relevant customer segmentation for Supply Chain business and determine the size, needs and potential profitability of these segments to plan product offering priorities and strategies

- To engage with the product and business teams to develop products that innovatively service the product/ service needs of the varied customers competitively

- To review the pricing decisions and enhancement recommendations as per matrix

- To review the performance of current products, as well as proposals for new products, based on current market and competitors and achieve product mix revenue as budgeted

To encourage development of superior customer value propositions and client servicing standards - To guide the designing of customer value propositions for the business segments such that they capture the target market requirements

- To ensure that the portfolio-service offerings and customer servicing are a benchmark in the industry and guide necessary modifications to achieve the same

To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms - To drive compliance with proper documentation, KYC and other relevant information about the client and application of necessary mitigants where applicable.

- To ensure adherence to DSR Management and Risk Policy and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling, customer complaints by channel and DSRs

- To monitor the non-payment of loans, cheque bounces, etc closely and ensure that there are minimal NPAs in then portfolio

To review business performance & profitability - To periodically review the sales targets with the sales teams to ensure that budgeted targets are met for sales volumes, yields, no. of customers, cross selling, channel led business, etc

- To constantly review & monitor the Lending portfolio to ensure asset quality is maintained with minimal overdue instances

- To review the detailed MIS and share the same to the senior management on a periodic basis with analysis of major points of consideration.

To promote talent and develop human resources - To motivate and identify top talent & formulate plans for recognizing fast trackers and building a strong second line of managers

- To ensure adequate functional and behavioral trainings are imparted to the sales teams for supporting their development

INDUSTRY :

BANKING / NBFC into Corporate Finance / Supply chain management.

Education - MBA (Full Time)

Experience - Min 10 Years in Supply-chain products Relationship handling. Current team handling preferred.
