APAC biotech Pvt. Ltd is a Biotech company based at Gurgaon (Haryana), specializing in Dendritic Cell therapy and have started a dedicated research facility to bring this therapy to India. The Co. has proudly been associated with preparing cancer vaccines for all kinds of solid tumors. We are a young & dynamic company with highly skilled and well experienced staff and have a current presence in India at Gurgaon with our offices at other locations and aggressive growth plan to have a pan-India presence.

The Role:-

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

- Plan and prioritize sales, promotional and marketing activities among the doctors.

- Position the premium brand image of the company among the doctors.

- Generating target based sales revenues for full range of product portfolio.

- Developing strong relationships within hospitality, healthcare industry Hospitals for better reach of products.

- Leveraging relationships with doctors and a stronghold.

- Building & maintaining excellent relations with existing and prospective Doctors / business contacts.

- Product presentation to clients and negotiating on terms in discussion with seniors.

- Developing the market by selling of the formulation.

- Respond quickly to doctor’s queries / problems and offer resolution.

- Prepare and maintain periodical sales performance reports.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

- Crisp communication, excellent negotiation and smart presentation skills.

- Prior hands on experience of the job and excellent relationship across the industry.

- Relationship building and management with doctors and business partners.

- Ability / confidence to execute end-to-end sales & marketing deals.

- Strong target orientation and drive to achieve.

- Customer and Service Orientation.

- Should be comfortable to travel extensively for job purposes.

Ideal Candidate:

- A smart & Presentable PhD/ M.sc./ M Pharma, of experience in related industry.
