Zonal Manager - Human Resource - Sales Domain - Pharma - East

Position : Zonal Manager HR (East) - Leading MNC Pharma Company

Role :

- To partner the sales function and regional office in providing proactive, continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR support in the East zone

- To be responsible for implementing HR processes of recruitment, training & development, career management, performance management in the zone

Requirements :

- MBA (HR) from a premier institute

- 8-10 years experience in HR in a Zonal HR/ Sales HR/ HRBP role. Exposure in a Pharma/ FMCG/ Consumer Goods Company/ MNC preferable

- Has to travel frequently at least 5 days a month for field work and for connecting with FF force

- Good communication and computer skills. Good interpersonal skills, high level of integrity

- Knowledge of best practices

- Should have exposure to IR

- Should have a good network. Ability to function in a rapidly expanding result oriented environment

- Knowledge of local language is preferable
