About the Client: The Client is one of India's largest chains of health centres. It has over 150 ultramodern gyms across 78 cities in the country, with over 1, 50,000 members.

Job Description:

Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate in Nutrition

Experience: 5 years - 8 years

Industry: Wellness, Fitness, Weight Loss

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for managing training, operations & sales of Nutrition (Weight gain, Weight Loss etc) products in all gyms in that region. (details given above)

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Recruitment & training of qualified staff in these locations

- Overseeing sales activities of Weight Management Program in each gym, including in-gym and institutional sales.

- Managing all aspects of operations of Various Products including training of staff and ensuring delivery of results to members.

- Co-ordinate with the senior management for implementation of strategies for meeting sales targets

- Organize customers events as required

- Monitor competition in the area and keep information up to date on their offering.

Other details:

- The role entails extensive traveling within the zone, minimum of 2 weeks / month.

- The candidate may also need to travel internationally for training workshops or to represent the company at international meetings.

Reporting:

- This person will report will to the Head of Operations at Mumbai
