We have an opportunity with one of the leading educational institutional for the position of HR Manager -South. Kindly note below mentioned role.

Designation:Zonal HR Manager

Location:Based at Bangalore

Candidates desired profile:

2. Candidates should have handled maximum number of team i.e. should have huge team size.

3. Candidates should have good communication skills.

4. Candidates should have Strong domain knowledge of HR & HR best practices.

5. Candidates should have Strong Operational HR knowledge.

Job description:

1. Recruitment & Selection-

a. Manage Annual Manpower Budgeting for the zonal office & centres in coordination with principals and Zonal Head.

b. Responsible for meeting recruitment targets of Zonal office & centres across all skill sets and functions.

c. Leads recruitment team to develop motivated team of and retention strategies to meet the needs.

d. Establish public networking in the industry to make the company as a brand for effective recruiting.

e. Responsible for Recruitment Dashboards.

2. Onboarding & Induction-

Ensure all pre-joining & onboarding activities are completed on time for zonal office & Centres.

Responsible for complete Induction for New joinees at Zonal level

Review end to end joining formalities, Induction done by the team and make a note of induction feedback for future betterment.

3. HR OPERATIONS-

Ensure HR Budget is prepared as per stipulated timelines and considering all possible HR cost for zonal office and for Centres.

Ensure all the HRIS, Employee data, Personnel files of zonal office are accurate and updated on time.

Authenticating Payroll entries in the Online-System, ensuring timely & accurate disbursement of

Employee Salaries to zonal staff as well as for centres.

Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations & Compliance with various Governmental

Agencies for zonal office and centres.

Coordinating with Consultant & Vendors for timely payment of PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, INSURANCE,

Gratuity & Superannuation to LIC etc for zonal office.

Responsible for License obtaining & monitor the process renewal for zonal office and centres.

Ensure correct & timely full & final settlement for zonal staff.

Create Retention strategies for resigning employees for zonal office.

Conduct Exit interview of zonal staff and report the relevant observations for future betterment of the organization.

Conduct Attrition analysis of Zone and centres and recommend suggestions for controlling the same.

Plan and implement employee engagement activities at zonal office.

Handle the employee grievances of zonal staff and for centres if need be.

Conduct monthly HR Audit in centres and for Zonal office.

4. Performance Management-

Manage the Annual Performance Management process of the Zonal employees & monitor the same at the centres.

Creating awareness on goal-setting, performance evaluation and good practices at zonal office and centres.

Manage the process roll out, forms submission & timeliness of process completion at zonal office and centres.

Decide increments on basis of overall performance rating & salary banding in conjunction with the Corporate HR.

Responsible for preparation of Increment & Promotion letters and taking care of grievances of zonal staff and centres.

5. Mentoring & Guidance To Centre HR-

Act as a Mentor for Centre HR and address to their queries and guide them from time to time.

Communicate with Centre HRs on regular basis keeping them updated with process improvements, policy implementations, organizational developments etc.

Encourage and appreciate the contributions, achievements & intiatives taken by Centre HRs and keep them motivated.

6. New Centres Set Up-

Responsible for Recruitment of the Core Team at the New Centres as per timeline.

Responsible to Induct and train the new HR at the Centre.

Responsible for the statutory compliance procedures for the new Centres.
