Our client is the largest NBFC- MFI based out of East India with AUM ~Rs.800 Cr., operations spread across 7 states and close to 250 branches) and is looking for Zonal HR Manager. This position will be based out of Patna or Ranchi or Bhubaneswar and will report administratively to Zonal Business Head and functionally to the Head - HR. Incumbent will be assisted by 2 - Asst. Managers (Direct Reporting) and 4 Execs (Indirect). The exact details are given below:

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for the entire Manpower Planning for the Zone including Budget finalization in consultation with the Regional cross functional teams.
2. Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, and driving Regional Teams on 100% capacitization as per the approved budget.
3. Developed non/low cost hiring sources, reducing cost / hire and robust selection procedures and tools and competency module resulting in recruiting right talent at all levels.
4. Managing employee engagement initiatives and effective employee communication channel across Zone, handling employee grievance and initiating disciplinary actions as and when required.
5. Managing Appraisal process for Zone and Timely execution of entire Appraisal Process across level, tabulation and data capture in bell curve, co-ordinating constructive feedback, ensuring all employees have their Career Development Plans.
6. Key resource in completing HR and Admin Dashboard with necessary data analysis and taking corrective and preventive actions if any.
7. Zonal anchor for nominating potential employees for various soft skill progs.
8. SPOC for Zone Compliance inclu Trade Lic, Shops & Estab compliance and other necessary labour Acts.
9. Managing Zonal level administrative issues, keeping in mind Branch and Regional hygiene factors as well.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Post Graduate degree / diploma in HR mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience into HR with minimum 2 years as a Manager with team handling capacity
Proficient in handling advanced MS Excel and Power Point
Strong communication skill (Written & verbal)
Willing to travel.
