Work as a P&L Head for the Region.  Report to National Sales Manager  - Planning, implementing and monitoring all Sales, Logistics and Commercial Functional efficiencies for desired realization within the assigned territory, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory.  - Sales budgeting, Distribution planning, Manpower planning and team development by sales training and capability enhancement of sales force.  - Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region. Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growth  - Sales promotion & product promotion activities across the cluster.   - Should be responsible for three Sales functions Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and Food Services.  - Planning and execution of Trade Activation initiatives as like Sampling, In Shop Merchandising and Retail and Modern Trade Activations.  - Responsible for formulation, budgeting, managing and achieving sales targets and budgets.  - Developing HORECA channel for achieving Food Service sales.   - Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.  - To Plan, Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.  - Interact with Creative agency for creative inputs on the promotional activations and to coordinate the development & finalization of all the communication material for a said promotion   - Scheme formulation within budgeted parameters and execution of the same in the market
