- Handling the team of 1500+ employees

- Direct reporting of 5 Regional Managers

- Indirect handling 30 branches Approx

- Heading the Operations, Human resources, Marketing, Training and Administration departments for the Region.

- Ensuring smooth process of implementing & following all standard guidelines / procedures scrupulously .

- Closely analyze the market trends and movements

- Recruitment

- Responsible for overall profitability of the Region
