Job Opportunity foe the position of Zonal Accounts Head

We have this opportunity with a beverage manufacturing company for the below mention position :

Desired profile :

- Candidate must be CA or ICWA by qualification.

- Candidate should have worked in liquor company.

- Candidate should have experience in P&L, balance sheet, cost card activity.

- Candidate should have worked in either of the states (Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana and UP)

Job Description :

- Supervision of day to day accounting and monthly books closing for North Zone .

- Preparation of monthly MIS and cost cards.

- Liasoning with Statutory and Internal Auditors

- Support Zonal Accounts Head in preparation of Annual Budget, monthly reporting of variances and comparison with budget

- Cost center wise expenses analysis and reporting

- Ability to lead & build capability of his team

- Ensure correct and timely updation of Books

- Periodic review of Trial Balance / Ledgers

- Analysis of Loans / Advances and monitoring timely settlement / recoveries.

- Correct reporting of monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financials

- Timely preparation of MIS and Overheads analysis

- Thrust on preparing MIS from ERP systems and reconciliation of MIS reports.

- Periodic visits to units for review of accounts / Ledger scrutiny etc

- Understanding of various sales scheme accounting and approving process

- Understanding of manufacturing accounts / COGS calculation etc.
