Responsibilities  To bring together all the General Ledgers worldwide and arrive at Corporate View and perform Corporate Accounting functions.  Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting processes at the corporate level, including generation of consolidated Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Comprehensive Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements  Working closely with the Finance & Accounts group and global teams to ensure worldwide Trial Balances are validated prior to consolidation, Intercompany transactions are matched accordingly, eliminations and foreign exchange entries are booked, Corporate Allocations are run successfully and accurately  To lead the coordination and consolidation for all monthly and periodic financial reporting deliverables and the integrity of the worldwide general ledger  Requirements  5 - 7 years of prior experience in Corporate Accounting and Group Consolidation  Fundamental knowledge and experience with general accounting, month end close procedures, eliminations and consolidations, accounting policy/concepts, controls, analytics, foreign currency issues and working with external auditors  CA with excellent academic background   Strong financial analysis, financial modeling skills, and proficiency in MS excel  Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and manage relationships.  Rigorous attention to detail with a healthy balance of speed vs. accuracy
