AVP - Treasury & Banking Operations  - To ensure the Treasury and Banking Operations vertical is competently handled for all Regions (domestic/global) by processing multi-country operations & coordinating with relevant teams across geographies  Responsibilities:  - Conceptualizing and building centralized global banking operations in India on shared services model/concept  Treasury operations / Cash flow and Investment Management :   - Review daily cash balances, take actions on exceptional flows and decisions on investment.   - Overseeing cash and investments needs of all Zomato group companies. Reviewing and planning cash flow requirements of all group companies to ensure strong cash & financial management to achieve competitive returns  - Managing relationships with banks and institutes for all group companies  - Ensuring that the banking operation Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for internal customers  - Liaising with banks as and when required for timely fund transfer/ deposits and other handling of such International/Domestic Banking Operations  - Circulating related MIS Reports such as Bank Limits Utilization, daily Cash Flow to top management  - Performing Variance Analysis in Cash plan & Bank Limits utilization  - Consolidating the company's Banking operation under Group Banking Operations  - Implementing new valuable banking products and automating processes.  - Handling all types of queries related to payments  - Complying with processes/ procedures of banks including latest circulars & notifications  - Addressing and resolving queries and escalations  Requirements :  - Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience with 5-6 years of relevant experience in banking operations  - Experience of Shared Services with experience in Payments will be an added advantage  - Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and manage relationships
