Job Context and what will you do :

We believe we are in a very exciting junction in our journey. We have scaled up from being a start-up and now are looking at building a sustainable, fast growing and a profitable company. We are thus looking at many new models of doing business including evaluating newer categories, geographies and channels.

- This inflection implies the need for a strong Analytics team which can work in ambiguous and unstructured environment and can take charge. The mandate would mean responsible for the development of data driven solutions for improving marketing performance and the understanding of consumer insights.

- Analyse data from multiple sources, across channels, including social, mobile, customer relations, email and web to provide a more holistic view of the customer, identify quality leads and actionable insights enabling better business decisions.

- Work closely, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from Online Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to support reporting, analysis and connect actionable insights to business strategy. Develop a service model that will build deep capabilities in: reporting, testing and optimization, measurement and customer segmentation to service business needs.

- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing & delivering marketing analytics spanning opportunity identification/quantification, segmentation/targeting, media/social analytics, website or online experience analytics, marketing analytics including Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) evaluations.

- Work closely with marketing, media, strategic planning and creative teams to plan, execute and evaluate a broad range of strategic marketing initiatives and programs.

What do you bring :

- Hands-on experience in analytics consulting with an emphasis in the CRM Analytics and Digital Media/Social Media Analytics and working across cross functional teams.

- Working knowledge of any of the BI tools such as Spot-fire or Tableau. Excellent track record of engaging at C-suite level and excellent at stakeholder management and is able to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions.

- Selects from a range of analytic methods to design and conduct analysis appropriate to each project. Should be good in SAS R, SQL, good to have as site catalyst, radian6 etc.

- Solid understanding of business, technology and strategy with stellar communication to interact & influence a variety of stakeholders.

- Knowledge of variety and advanced analytic and research approaches, including: marketing mix models, price/promotion models, SEM, segmentation, forecasting. digital attribution, machine learning, good visual storytelling skills

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clean outcomes.

- Good Thought Leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast paced business environment.

- People Leadership - build a strong team to deliver across functions with well-defined KRAs/KPIs.

Your background :

- You will have an Engineering / Maters degree in Business Administration or related Master's degree and / or professional certification with 5 to 8 years of experience.

- Tier 1 institutes.

- Candidates with exposure into top Retail, FMCG, Online or high end Analytics companies- background preferred.
