Zivame takes pride in the 200+ talent from diverse backgrounds and strong pedigree  Designation : Senior Executive - Human Resources  Job Description and key responsibilities :  Manpower Planning :  Working with the functional teams in forecasting manpower planning and organisation structuring as part of the annual business plans  New Joining Onboarding and experience :  Solely responsible for new hire process initiation and employee induction management including New joiner on-boarding activities, new hire orientation conduction and overall management to provide best in class onboarding experience  Performance Management :   Work with management and business heads to performance management calendar. Run appraisal process efficiently.
