At Zivame, we love our customers and encourage our people to understand them better.  Job Description – Product Manager  Zivame.com is looking for a senior product manager for the Website  Zivame’s vision is to redefine lingerie shopping in India, and deliver a shopping experience for a necessary but under-served need for women in India. The product manager will be responsible for delivering a world class shopping experience to the online lingerie shopper, to a global audience.  Key deliverables  - Understanding the entire consumer behavior on the website through multiple web-analytics tools and sharing insights with the team and management.  - Tracking and owning the customer conversion funnel on the website;  - Create a long term strategy and short term plans for the website. Responsible for the entire front-end (website), in terms of design, functionality and features;  - Setting in place the right product metrics to track, and providing visibility on performance of the key metrics;  - Deliver world class innovations in terms of features, usability and performance that enhance the shopping experience;  Other Responsibilities   - Understand, through appropriate research and feedback analysis, the needs for shopping lingerie online.   - Conducting regular research to know the best practices, features and competitive landscape Working closely with Engineering, Content, Design and Marketing teams  - Creating detailed product specifications for new features / changes to be introduced  - Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.   - Work closely with Technology team to implement new tools / define features / prioritize requirements and execute them on time;  - Recruitment, Training and mentoring teams   - Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.  Qualifications   - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA preferred (not required);  - 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience;   - Experience in product, program, and/or project management. Leading cross-functional teams to delivery new products in ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, internet products or related fields.   - Proven ability to deliver world class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices.   - Experience defining market and product requirements,   - Experience working with engineering (Technology) team to quickly deliver product capabilities  Skills  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and communicate complex information in a manner that is clear and understood by all partners and management.   - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data to know and present requirements and features  - Attention to detail   - Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.   - Collaborative working style.
