Zivame takes pride in the 200+ talent from diverse backgrounds and strong pedigree  With the launch of world's first ever mobile bra fitting lounge and more than 1 bra a minute being bought today, Zivame is here to create history  Job Description - Product Head  Key Responsibilities:  The head of product will be the vision bearer for the organization.  - Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas, research/ analyse them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas  - Design and develop web, mobile and app products for the company based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and analytics  - Strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Customer Service and Finance  - Gather insights from across teams within the Org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis  - Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement  Desired Background  - 10 years+ experience in Internet-related Product Management preferably with consumer-facing, ecommerce site(s), name brand content portals or social media sites. The right mix of experience in Marketing, Technology and/or Product Development could be appropriate as well  - Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce.
