This is a pivotal position with respect to   Key Responsibilities:  - Perform end-to-end Data mining and analysis activities to map all Key performance Indicators, Ratio Analysis and process data and create dashboards to help the senior management in their strategic decision making.   - Providing strategic support for management control and review of businesses.  - Involves analysis and presentation of relevant organization data, supporting the planning process by providing requisite info & data and preparation of executive summary & periodic forecasts  - Prepare necessary financial modeling and profitability reports related to business, new launches ; evaluation and monitoring of capital investments assess the required profitability levels, cost structure in the business, ROI, Sensitivity / Gap/ SWOT/ Trend Analysis etc  - Updating projections, monitoring outcomes, and recommending suitable actions on a regular basis - Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation,Product-wise Profitability, Cost Comparisons  - Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired -   - Design, adapt and implement systems / processes to streamline functioning of the CEO's office and ensure timely availability of information / data.   - Drive or monitor key business projects   Desired Skills and Experience  - You will have a Engineering / Maters's degree in Business Administration, General Management, or related Master's degree (e.g. MBA) ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification with 4 to 7 years of experience  - Candidates from Tier-1 Institutes (IIM's/XL/FMS) only with Consulting background may apply.  - You will be tech savvy, commercial with a strong understanding of the online space.  - You will be keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing strategies  - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment  - Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.  Our Promise to you:  - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy over years of experience  - We are willing to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty  - We aren't afraid to try new things in the name of supporting workplace happiness  - We are always excited to hear from you
