We are backed by one of the biggest FinTech investors in the world and we are a global team with diverse backgrounds.   Accountabilities :  - As Senior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining risk engine of our product including business rules and scorecards, assessing creditworthiness of our customers, their affordability and other metrics (profitability, attrition, etc.).   - You will be key expert in delivering insights from data analysis and statistical and analytical modelling providing recommendations for business decision making.   - You will work with various data (structured and unstructured) in order to identify its value-added for the business and propose usage strategy of this data.   - You will work closely with the product, technology and business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customer's needs.   - You will implement our proprietary models across business (risk, collection, acquisition), and identify ways to improve and optimize them overtime.   - You will participate in building local risk team including carry on interviews and assessment with potential candidates, mentoring new Risk analysts, helping improve their data extraction and manipulation skills, as well as modelling techniques and analytical thinking.  Required Skills :  - Master degree or PhD in applied studies (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Computer Sciences)  - Preferably, but not mandatory - prior experience in e-commerce, banking, gaming industries  - Strong knowledge and experience with various statistical and modelling techniques   - Excellent data extraction skills (SQL)  - Good knowledge of a variety of analytics and modelling tools and languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab, Python)  - Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and easily consumable way to senior stakeholders  - Ability to understand technical language and work with technology teams closely   - Strong business acumen   Attitude :  - You are self-motivated and don't need to be watched over  - You enjoy data and extracting value from it to delivery insights   - You like thinking up and executing your own ideas and innovations  - You are ruthlessly commercial and can focus on making money for a business  - You love learning new things and advancing your skills  - You take your work seriously and do everything you can to deliver the best outcome  - You are organized and detail oriented enough to manage projects with many moving parts  - You enjoy motivating people   - You play well with others  - You get stuff done.
