ZEFO - City Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Cost metrics of logistics, warehousing and manpower are under control

- Making logistics strategy for deliveries so that cost can be optimized with prime focus on customer experience

- Looking out for new warehouses in case of expansion - Taking care of warehouse operations in the city

- Hiring and building the city team

- Ensuring customer experience is par with company standards (delivering a NPS of 95%)

- Managing city finances and ensuring that all costs are tracked and categorized properly

- Managing all employees in the city

Ensuring quality of inventory and supply in the warehouse

In short this person would be the sole point of contact for all city related activities. We need someone who can drive the city with enthusiasm, rigor and Intelligence.
