Job Purpose:  Key accountability:  - The branch head responsibilities involve office supervision, sales development, operations, marketing, and sales, service, reporting, and other duties as assigned by the management.   - The branch head will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favorable image of the company.  Supervision:  - Supervision involves developing and communicating company goals and results to employees; selecting, supervising, and supporting the employee team; and upholding company policies.  Planning Administration:   - Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the management and staff with the development of short term, long term and annual strategic plans, and help with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.  - Oversee preparation of an Annual/Quarterly Report summarizing progress on short and long term plans.  - Research and write analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.  Develop & Communicate Company Goals And Results To All Employees:  - Develop and review budget and goals with staff  - Review progress as compared to budget with staff quarterly  - Hold regular employee meetings  Select, Supervise & Support The Employee Team:  - Ensure company facilities and equipment meet all regulations  - Supervise maintenance and housekeeping of all company facilities and equipment  Profitability & Sales:  - Profitability and sales involves establishing and achieving sales and profitability goals, and increasing the company’s market share through regular sales efforts.  Establish and achieve profitability goals:  - Supervise performance of sales team to insure sales targets are met  - Supervise pricing and inventory policies designed to price competitively and achieve  Desired gross margin:  - Establish profit expectations  Establish and achieve sales goals:  - Promote outstanding customer service  Public Relations:  - Public relations involves building and maintaining positive relationships with company Members, other companies, and the business community.  - Develop sound working relationships with other companies and within the business Community  - Personally and officially represent company by participating in the business community  - Develop confidence in and understanding of the company  - Adhere to and promote all department and company policy and decisions  - Promote participation of customers in the company  - Build a positive company image  Marketing:  - Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) with director, designer   - Manage press development;  - Coordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.  - Marketing involves developing and directing marketing activities  - Prepare and review marketing plans with employees on a regular basis  - Review department sales and promotion programs  - Plan marketing activities and review results and expectations with employees  Financial Management:  - Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies.  - Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.  - Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.  - Provide vision and leader ship in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.  - Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing/sales.  - Oversee fundraising efforts.  Administrative Management:  - Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analyse information where required, communication notations, etc.).  - Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc.  - Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.  Reporting:  - Reporting involves keeping the management informed of the company’s status and activities, & assisting with board activities.  - Submit monthly reports, general information, and recommendations to the management   - Assist the management in formulating policies and provide all facts needed for decision making  - Make policy recommendations and carry out board policies  - Help plan the annual meeting and report to company members  Capital Requirements:  - Capital requirements involves determining the company’s fixed asset needs and Presenting a fixed asset budget to the management  - Present annual budget to the management  - Obtain authorized approval from the management before purchasing any fixed assets  - Obtain approval from the management prior to the sale of any fixed assets  Qualifications: MBA/PGDM  -
