Designation : Attorney/Sr. Attorney/Counsel - Legal  Total Work Exp : 4-5 years  Reporting to : Sr. Managing Counsel  Responsibilities :  - Candidate would be required to provide legal representation to the Company in connection with structuring, drafting and negotiation of various agreements including film acquisition and distribution agreement, film/content production agreement, co-production agreement, license agreement, advertisement, in-film branding agreement, artist agreement, music assignment agreement, singer, performer, composer agreement, marketing agreements, promotion agreements, sponsorship agreements, event management agreements, services agreements, vendor agreements, etc.  This will involve :  - Structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements in connection with content production, acquisition, distribution, marketing and other commercial transactions for films and other content.  - Assisting and advising officers and senior management of the Company with respect to contractual rights and obligations, intellectual property rights and protection, content regulation and dispute resolution.  - Assisting and advising the commercial team regarding various legal issues involved in business and commercial transactions including the rights available under various agreements.  - Consultation and coordination with the internal litigation team and external advocates and counsels of the Company as and when required.  About the company :   - Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) is one of India leading television media and entertainment companies.
