Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for executing on sales and business development plans within the Indian market for Zaya's blended learning model.

Responsibilities:
- Selling Zaya products by executing on sales plans.
- Establishing sales objectives by cooperating on forecasting periodical sales quotas by region.
- Working to build sales pipeline and increase forecast accuracy and integrity of pipeline.
- Developing selling strategies for direct and indirect sales to education providers.
- Accurately preparing of proposals, handling detailed paperwork.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as needed.
What you need for this position:
- Hunter mentality, assertiveness, empathy.
- Graduate from one of the top colleges in India.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Experience in working with schools or other franchise operational models.
- Affinity with technology and technical/Internet proficiency.
- Minimum 4 years sales experience in a related field.
