Hiring process would include initial screening, scheduling of interviews, negotiating on the salary, preparing and sending the offer letter.  - Employee On boarding: Handle the employee on boarding process for through orientation, training and feedback.  - Performance appraisal: Assist the Zaya management team in conducting regular performance of the employees  - Training & Development: Identify the training needs of the employees and partner with internal and external teams for delivering training's.  - Compensation Management: Design compensation strategy for employees, retaining talents and develop robust processes for compensation management.  - Culture Development: Build a sustainable and strong performance culture which can be inherent to Zaya while enhancing employees well being and satisfaction.   - Corporate communication: Developing internal and external communication ideas and implementation.
