The details are enclosed below:  At YES BANK, we have institutionalized Commercial Banking (CB) dedicated to serve companies in the high octane middle market segment (100 Cr 500 Cr Turnover), offering entire suite of products that include Corporate finance, Working Capital, Trade and Payment services, Project advisory.  Brief Job Responsibilities:  - Revenue Generation: Achieve Banks objective in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship across all product groups  - Relationship Management: Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with existing client base. Handle activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions and closing the deal  - Credit Appraisal: Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions  - Documentation & Compliance: To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners /OSD /Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups  - Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank  Location-wise Grade / Level offered:  Mumbai: Manager/ Sr Manager/ AVP (4-7 yrs exp)  Delhi: Manager/ Sr Manager( 2-5 yrs exp)  Pune: Manager/ Sr Manager (2-5 yrs exp.)   Indore: AVP / VP (5-8 yrs exp.  Hyderabad: Sr Manager / AVP (4-8 yrs exp.)  Bangalore: Manager/ Sr Manager (2-4 yrs)  Kolhapur: Associate/ Manager (1-3 yrs. exp)  Qualification & Background:  - MBA from premier Business Schools/ CA  - 1- 8 years post qualification experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME Banking in any Private / MNC Bank  Essential competencies:  - In depth knowledge of corporate / Commercial banking marketing concepts  - In depth knowledge of India market for corporate & institutional financial services  You may use this opportunity to encourage your acquaintances with relevant experience to apply.
