Reporting to : National Training Manager - Corporate Businesses

Job Description
Identify training needs & provide focused learning solutions for Corporate Business Units
Implementation of Training Framework
Training delivery through select trainers, business champions and external trainers.
Ongoing discussion with BU Heads, Line managers to execute L&D strategy Corporate Business Functions..
Training Impact : Post training evaluation (Kirkpatrick's Model)
Provide project management support for the Training programs
Coordinate, implement, and manage training programs
Develop course schedules and handle administration of training operations
Seamless end to end coordination of Training Programs. Support live classroom set-up
Develop and maintain project communications including status reporting, meeting facilitation and report-outs, stakeholder management
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Manage training calendar & related communication for both internal programs as well as external programs
Requirement :
1) 3 to 6 yrs experience in learning & development (facilitation, program management)
2) Post graduation mandatory
3) Candidate should be from Banking / BFSI vertical only.
4) L & D Exposure in Corporate Businesses – Desired
5) L & D Certification – Desired
Location : Mumbai
