Openings – Innovation & Knowledge Management Team (IKM)
IKM team at YES BANK is high powered, strategic execution team focused on bringing Innovative Offerings across Retail & Corporate Banking in YES BANK. IKM team works closely with different Relationship / Product / Support groups within the bank and is responsible for driving projects in Direct Banking, Corporate Banking & Transactional Banking Group.
Knowledge Banking / Sector Based Banking – No of Positions : 1
Experience - 3-6 years of experience as RM / Product Sales / Product Management in Corporate Banking
Education - CA rank-holders / MBAs from Premier Institutes (Preferably IIMs)
Roles & Responsibilities
(i) Identify future growth sectors wherein the Bank can have concentrated and tailored approach for business development
(ii) Research on new age sectors like Ecommerce and fast growth industries – Auto, Retail for identifying opportunities for the bank
(iii) Work with Corporate Banking & Product teams to create sector specific offerings across various products of the bank
(iv) Work on constituting team for various Knowledge Banking initiatives & work with Business Heads / HR Team for devising KRA / KPI for Knowledge Banking teams
Skills
(i) Updated & well read on various Industry sectors of India, importantly on high growth ones
(ii) Self initiated / Creative thought process / Excellent communication skills (MUST)
Internet / Mobile / Digital / Payment Initiatives – No. Of positions: 1
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in Mobile / Internet / Multi-Channel Experience in Banking / Telecom / Retail / Social Media companies
Education
Engineer + MBA from Premier Institutes of India (Preferably IIMs)
Roles & Responsibilities
(i) Part of high-powered Innovation & Knowledge Management team looking after Mobile / Internet Banking offerings
(ii) Role encompasses working pan-Bank on both Corporate & Retail parts of businesses
(iii) Would be driving Payments Initiative through Innovative solutions and by creating a partner ecosystem
(iv) Would be required to conceptualize different use-cases for enabling payments / transactions on mobile / internet to drive customer acquisition & rapid revenues
Skills
(i) Aware of various products in the space of payments (social media / retail / multi-channel)
(ii) Good networking / partnership building skills
(iii) Self initiated / Creative thought process / Excellent communication skills (MUST)
