- Crafting brand communication for designated retail loan products  - Develop understanding on consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research  - Engage with various Assets Sales Teams across locations, conceptualise and implement BTL activities to promote bank's products  - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market  - Managing partnerships / sponsorships with key associations / properties to strengthen banks positioning in the segment and increasing engagement with customers  - Working closely with Digital Marketing team to conceptualise ROI based online campaigns to target segmented base based on behaviour and demographics  - Communicating the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products  - Plan launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan  - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, including monitoring, review and report on all marketing activity and results  - Manage and maintain effective vendor relations for maintain project cost effectiveness  - Conceptualize & manage effective R&R programs for dealers/employees  - Plan & implement cross sell campaigns in/for the branch / Corporates to engage with the existing customers  - Ensuring regular on-ground visits to branches / dealers / events for being hands on with the business & - market environment  Key Skills :   - Experience in marketing, preferrably in Private banks/ NBFC's  - Understanding of Retail Asset products like Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Gold Loan etc  - Should have good presentation & communication skills  - Aptitude for aesthetics and copy writing  - Experience in managing events & activations  - Strong project & vendor management skills  - Ability to handle top management & mutiple stakeholders
