YES Accelerators (Y-ACE) is part of the core strategy & execution team and reports to the MD&CEO. Y-ACE (formerly known as Business Management, Innovation & Strategy) is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank

The role offers a very good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the MD&CEO and other top management in the bank. This high impact role paves way to a fast tracked career progression & growth within the bank, to the deserving & well performing individuals.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Internal Consultant to CISO, CIO and Technology Management team for executing various strategic and transformational projects

- Conceptualization, designing and implementation of first-of-its kind Information Security innovation projects in the Bank

- Reviewing Security Architecture and providing recommendations based on industry best practices. Review and benchmark against global practices around Cyber Security.

- Spearheading and reviewing Cyber Security initiatives and also oversee Cyber Risk Assessment for all critical Bank infrastructure

- Responsible for Performance audit & monitoring of Info-sec projects through continuous review meetings and publishing updates to Top Management

- Formulating Cyber Security strategy(Long-term- Board Level and Short term-financial year) for the vertical in conjunction with CISO and team

- Periodic discussions with Top Management(CXO level) and driving the Info-Sec Steering Committee for implementing the Cyber Security Strategy in the organization

Candidate Profile

- Engineer

- MBA from a premier B-school

- Work Ex- 8 to 10 years (Total) of IT Security & Business Consulting experience in BFSI/Consulting domain

- Experience in Info-Sec / Cyber Security architecture and Design implementation projects would be an added advantage
