The enviable cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) built by YES BANK over the years, has led to the development of a deep network of relationships with Banks, Investment Banks and Advisory Boutiques in countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. As an integral part of the cross border M&A Advisory, YES BANK also plays a pivotal role in assisting clients raise acquisition finance from leading Indian and International financial institutions.

Experience: About 1-2 years experience in investment banking.

Sector Expertise: Deal closure in the IT / ITES, Media & Entertainment sectors.

Job Description:

- Assistance in ideation and origination of deals in the IT/ITES, Media & Entertainment sectors

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model

- Coordination of Due Diligence

- Assistance in final documentation in deal closure
