We are revolutionising the way people frame their favourite art and photos by making the entire process easy, affordable and hassle-free. Xpressframe.com uses technology to improve the custom framing experience through quick online ordering, affordable prices and always-on customer support. We are a vertically-integrated e-commerce company with multiple locations including our own production facility.

We're looking for an amazing Digital Marketing Manager to execute game-changing digital marketing campaigns, increase traffic to our website and grow our customer base. This position will manage online marketing campaigns, partnerships and affiliates. This position is based in Bengaluru.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and implementation responsible for driving high-quality traffic to the Xpressframe.com website and proliferating the Xpressframe brand across numerous online channels and partnerships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high-impact digital marketing programs, creating win-win partnership opportunities and investing in emerging marketing channels to achieve significant growth. The ideal candidate will combine project management methodology with intense passion and a hustler attitude to produce winning campaigns that can be executed, measured and scaled. The candidate must feel comfortable working independently, but also connecting cross-functionally across marketing, product, engineering and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute new digital marketing campaigns and online partnerships.

- Work with Customer Acquisition Manager responsible for paid search & social media to develop monthly forecasts and models that meet growth goals, while also measuring for outcomes and insights.

- Act as per our brand and values, ensuring we are properly represented across all instances and that every opportunity yields a winning customer experience. Work with brands and third party media & communities to establish partnerships/sponsorships that will drive traffic to Xpressframe.com and convert direct sales.

- Own analysis and evaluation for all campaigns and high-level digital metrics detailing value of traffic, leads, customers, etc.

- Manage affiliate marketing, including owning relationships and execution with affiliate platform vendors. Arrange and execute online third-party referral programs geared towards consumers.

- Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and partners.

- Engage and review of 3rd party marketing agencies

- Manage web analytics to continually improve ROI analysis and the website itself;

- Optimize brand visibility on all search engines through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing);

- Drive sales and brand awareness through our paid search media in partnership with our digital agencies.

- Develop stand alone digital projects, integrated campaigns to develop brand presence on social networks, track brand buzz on-line, and deliver related blogs and e-mails.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive engagement strategy focused on user activity and retention;

- Devise and execute email strategy and oversee campaigns;

- Drive digital agency relationships and day-to-day agency process to ensure website delivers in line with our digital strategy;

- Designing and managing quantitative measurement programs (internet marketing and social media campaigns) that can track, measure, and analyze performance

- Developing an email strategy and campaign that is analytical, exciting and engaging;

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in a marketing/technical area. MBA a plus.

- 2-5 years related work experience in digital marketing for a consumer-oriented company, including hands-on experience across paid acquisition, affiliate and partner marketing (previous startup experience a plus).

- Demonstrated passion for new technologies and emerging marketing channels.

- A Builder. Proven ability to conceive, build, test and scale online marketing programs.

- Highly creative. Proven ability to identify stories that will appeal to a specific audience.

- Resourcefulness. Proven ability to drive results with the assets available.

- Focused. Ability to identify the highest reward task of the moment and Get It Done.

- A conductor with A+ project management and organizational skills.

- Analytical - you think in terms of expected outcomes and returns.

- Highly proficient in Excel, funnel analysis and third party analytics platforms.

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
