Position Overview:

We is searching for a Recruiter who has experience of 3-5 years in recruitment. We want someone who will understand our business, our requirements and our company culture to build a quality pipeline of candidates for our Hiring Managers. Working closely with these Hiring Managers, you will be responsible for managing the complete end to end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

- Fully understand requirements and the ideal profiles by working directly with the Hiring Managers

- Manage the recruitment process end to end in a timely manner; work collaboratively with Hiring Manager to get feedback on candidates, while maintaining a professional experience with all of the candidates

Qualification:

- 3+ years of recruiting experience

- Must have prior experience recruiting a variety of Finance/IT/ Non- IT positions

- Resourceful, driven individual, able to handle multiple requirements

- Experience working in Bangalore market.
