Project Management - New launches - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Xiaomi's offering over competition products. - Preparing the GTM strategy for product launches including launch presentation, product briefs, demo videos, product guides and other required assets to generate market awareness and enable the sales process. - Raising product sample requirements and coordinating with supply chain and logistics. - Work with cross-functional teams such as PR, social media, offline marketing, retail and other teams on preparing the product GTM collaterals. Product life cycle management: - Work with sales planning to closely track market feedback, sale numbers and plan tactical interventions wherever required. - Plan required sustenance and EOL product marketing campaigns. Partner management - Work closely with partners on developing and executing co-marketed GTM campaigns. Requirements - Passionate about consumer technology - Outstanding written and oral communication skills. - Experience in product marketing with product positioning and go-to-market experience. - Ability to articulate and define product concept/vision. - Ability to translate consumer needs into use cases and presented through innovative ways to acquire/ inform customers. - Strong cultural sense and determination to define the optimal way to market the product
