- Should be a qualified CA with atleast 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.   - Industry experience in a financial reporting/controllership role is preferred.  - Should have good communication skills, strong accounting and corporate law knowledge, and atleast working level knowledge of tax laws relating to indirect taxation.  - Have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  - Review of monthly and financial reporting and accounting. Review of monthly MIS reports.  - Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts  - Working capital management.  - Year-end financial reporting and book closure, liaise with auditors for smooth execution of statutory and tax audits.   - Coordinate with various stake-holders, tax consultants, vendors, bankers and other stakeholders.
