HR Analytics   Job Description:-   Roles and Responsibilities:-   - Serve as a member of the HR insights team, developing strategic reporting and predictive/prescriptive analytics through metrics and data analysis.   - Support any related analytics projects; assist with requirements gathering and implementations of new analytic methodologies.   - Deliver insights related to modeling scenarios to enable data-driven decisions.   - Collaborate with different levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership and HR Business Partners.   - Enable the integration of analytics into current decision-making processes.   - Support the development of analytics, align key stakeholders and continue to enhance and optimize current reporting solutions.   Candidate Skills and Experience:-   - Bachelor's degree and 9+ years consulting or engineering experience.   - Previous experience, knowledge of, or exposure to analytics and reporting.   - Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and modeling.   - Demonstrates attention to detail, an analytical mind, and has strong problem-solving skills.   - Ability to conceptualize and design the inputs and outputs of new metrics.   - Ability to analyze data and correlate it with internal and external data sources.   - Able to focus on high-priority metrics, perform analysis, and conduct scenario modeling   - Ability to communicate the story behind the data.   - Possesses intellectual strength, strong analytical and conceptual abilities, and fundamental business knowledge.   - Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
