Purpose:  - Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation and benefit programs and policies.  Scope:  General:  - Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services  - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience  - Requires in-depth knowledge and experience  - Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan  Generally domestic scope/accountability  - Support awareness of - Total Reward- in Xerox Europe region in line with Global C&B strategic direction and local country requirements.  - Provide C&B support and effective communication of C&B philosophy, strategy & guidelines to HR and business unit managers. Propose outlay for making market correction & merit increase.  - -Support and implement C&B processes and reward programs such as APIP, LTI, Salary planning, R&R, retention in line with Global C&B guidelines.  - Work with Global Competency center (the Market Intelligence team) on survey inputs.  - Implement/maintain the Market Intelligence methodology  - Support HR Ops for job evaluation/leveling/annual job audits and control job structure implementation within Global direction.  - Design and conduct local C&B policies/guidelines in line with Global directives.  - Work as a part of the International C&B team effectively representing the requirements of the European region.  - Conduct regular industry benchmarks on policy, benefits and compliance.  Candidate Qualification and Experience :  - Degree qualified or equivalent with a Human Resources, or Compensation & Benefits background.  - Jobholder is required to be an expert with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.  - Experience in using eSAP (or equivalent) also required. Advanced analytical and numeracy skills are mandatory.  - Jobholder is required to have experience using Oracle and Access databases.  - Job holder must be able to speak and write English fluently
