Xenon Automotive is a two year old start up working in the areas of automotive dealer applications, customer experience and connected cars. We at Xenon have a simple objective of enhancing customer experience of car owners through our technology. In line with this objective, Xenon aims to bring new business models to the automotive market. We are looking to build a core team to launch a new initiative from Chennai. If you are passionate about working in the automotive space, interested in shaping of a disruptive business model, and geared up to work in a start-up environment, read further.  Responsibilities:  - This is a key role within the start-up business aimed at car owners and the person would be responsible for all digital marketing and CRM related initiatives  - Responsible for online marketing strategy/plan, campaign design, execution, measurement and optimization of search engine marketing initiatives on different platforms, social media engagement  - Manage budgets and spending for digital marketing and CRM related activities  - Create/Lead social media campaigns and content that increase awareness and reach, drive web/mobile traffic and user-engagement  - Create and drive digital marketing campaigns to achieve target KPIs in web traffic, new customer acquisitions, conversions etc.  - Track conversion rates and implement improvements to the eCommerce website, increase community engagement in the user forums. Create simple reports / analysis of marketing campaigns, eCommerce site (and mobile app) related metrics  - Manage e-mail marketing and content marketing and establish CRM processes  - Work with in-house team of graphic and web designers to implement campaigns and changes on the eCommerce site  - Also support managing the Xenon group website / product blog pages, social media accounts  Requirements:  - Minimum bachelor's degree  - 1-3 years- experience at a digital agency, e-commerce business or a blue-chip company in planning to execution of digital marketing / social media campaigns  - Understanding of SEO, digital marketing analytics, Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics or other tracking tools (e.g. Heap / Flurry) would be ideal  - Skilled enough to dig into data to produce simple analytics / reports  - Creative, have the ability to generate new ideas and implement, follow a process of continuous improvement  - Fluent in all relevant social media platforms - including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube,  - Prior experience with CRM processes / tools (e.g. Sugar CRM) is a bonus  - Strong creative and communication skills - background in copywriting / campaign creation is a plus  - Self-starter, eagerness to work hard, need to thrive in an unstructured start-up environment  Whats On Offer, How To Apply:  - Loads of responsibility, Challenging work, competitive pay and incentives (including stock options in the future).  - Exposure to marketing with a new business model, independence to implement new ideas
