Responsibilities include

a) Lead Marketing team of 10 people

b) Ensure effective online marketing by creating and managing a variety of online campaigns and assets

c) Effectively leverage online ads through google, bing, facebook, LinkedIn etc

d) Thought Leadership on blogs and white papers - work with the team across functions to create these assets created and publish effectively

e) KRAs will be quality and quantity of leads generated and cost per lead.
