We have a position of CEO with our Information Management Services, here at Writer Corporation.   In a nutshell, we are looking for a candidate who has worked in a Bank (retail or consumer banking to be more specific) and then moved to a BPO/KPO to and has knowledge to develop solutions to our clients (ranging from banking to telecom) who are primarily relying on us for their data/information management needs.  Following are the indicative set of responsibilities for the said role.  1. Deliver business goals as per approved 5 year Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan of the SBU  2. Actively connect with the top leadership of PSUs, PSBs, BFSI, Telecom, Information technology, Healthcare companies and other key customer segments to as part of customer acquisition and retention strategy  3. Evaluate the business, current market dynamics, and identify strategies to expand business, through product expansion, scan and penetration of new markets including international, while ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic imperatives.  4. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.  5. Enhance brand presence through participation in Industry forums and various marketing initiatives.   6.
