Job Description:

- Build business perspective around client business, understand business and cultural drivers synthesize and deliver solutions using worxogo platforms

- Generate key hypotheses linking behaviour, processes & business goals

- Take ownership of the project plan, independently structure work and ensure on time delivery of deliverables and results of highest quality

- Develop strong working relationships with mid to senior level client management

Experience:

- 2-5 years post MBA

- Should have worked in operations environment - operations & manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing & procurement, planning & distribution etc.

- Exposure to digital environment and technology

- Sound knowledge of MS office - Excel & power point skills

Qualification:

- Graduate in engineering & MBA

- IIMs, SP Jain, NITIE, SIOM, IIT-SOM, Executive MBA graduates from IIMs

Desired skills:

- Proficiency in written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Excellent analytical abilities and business acumen

- Should be a self-starter, self-motivated who can work effectively under minimal supervision

- Consultative skills - eg: industry best practices, process definition etc.

- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities

- Very good hands-on skills
