We are looking for a Financial Comptroller/Manager to oversee the financial operations for the India entity.  Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following) :   - Oversee the entire accounting, financial operations and tax compliance for the India business  - Provide financial analysis for country operations, including expense and budget v. actual reviews  - Ensure quality control over financial transactions including payroll & benefits, intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting  - Manage workflow with accounting/payroll provider  - Become the owner of India's ERP (Workday) books and records  - Work with the Country's General Manager and the company CFO to provide budgets, financial forecasts and report variances  - Manage local, state, and federal government reporting requirements/tax filings  - Develop and document business and accounting processes.  - Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per accounting standards  - Establish strong internal controls and compliance systems, ensure timely completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits, and due diligence  - Assist with project management activities, including development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking and mitigating risks, and communicating project status and quality targets
