We are looking for an experienced, successful and self driven sales leader to plan, implement and drive the sales.  This role encompasses new business development and customer account management.  Job description:   - Identification of prospective customers or new opportunities with existing customers.  - Ensure that opportunities are identified, qualified, developed and managed effectively through to closure of a sale.  - Present our solutions and capabilities to current and prospective customers.  - Work closely with the presales team and other technical teams to ensure that presentations are relevant to the audience and are in line with the overall sales plan.  - Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines   - Responsible for Compliance with internal policies for pricing   - Experience in preparation of responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ   - Responsible for articulating the product value-proposition   - Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability   - Market Planning and Lead Generation   Sales experience in Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa & South East Asia will be a clear advantage  Education and Experience:   Engineering + MBA from premier institute   - 5 - 8 years of total experience, with at least one year of experience in BD/Presales/Sales, Experience in selling IT Solutions and Services is a must, Telecom and VAS experience preferred.   Functional Skills:   - Solution Selling   - Meeting / Calling clients for new business acquisition   - Product Market Strategy   Personal Skills:   - Excellent Communication  - Advanced presentation skills  - Analytical Skills   - Ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines
